Dr. (Mrs.) Pramila Narendra Kudva is an accomplished Educational Innovator with over three decades of transformative contributions to the field of education. A former principal of ICSE schools (2004–2022), she has been a driving force behind academic excellence and innovative pedagogy.
Dr. Kudva holds a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Mumbai and an honorary D. Litt. from the University of South America, among other notable academic credentials. Her expertise spans roles as a corporate middle manager, B.Ed. college lecturer, and ICSE school teacher. A celebrated thought leader, she has received prestigious awards such as the AIM Awards’ Top 100 Mentors in India, the Best Educationist Award, and the National Responsible Educator Award for her outstanding community service.
Dr. Kudva is also an accomplished author of books like From Chalk to Talk: The Art of Teaching and a co-author of Echoes: Ancient Wisdom to Modern Minds. Passionate about knowledge-sharing, she presents at national and international conferences, conducts workshops for educators, and freelances as a resource person for reputed publishing houses. Beyond academics, her love for Indian classical music reflects her holistic approach to personal and professional growth.
Research
Dr Arshia Kaul is an Associate Lecturer in the Department of Management and Marketing at the University of Melbourne. Before joining the University of Melbourne, she was a Lecturer of Operations Management and Supply Chain at NMIMS University, India. She obtained a PhD in Operations Research from the University of Delhi in 2019. In 2022, she obtained the Postgraduate Post Graduate Diploma in Instructional Design and Diploma in Virtual Online Teaching.
Arshia has experience working in academia. Her research interests include supply chain, quality management and Education 4.0. Arshia's work has been published in leading international and national journals. She is an active researcher and continuously looks for professional development opportunities to keep her knowledge current. She is also a Master trainer and recently became a Mental Health First Aider certified by Mental Health First Aid Australia.
Special Educator, RCI registered
Sangeeta is a RCI registered special educator, completed her D.Ed. in Autism Spectrum Disorder from Spastic Society of Karnataka. She has more than 8 years of experience in various educational institutions supporting students with special needs. She also has worked in the extention clinic of Spastic Society, Bangalore. Sangeeta is patient and sensitive to the child's needs and learning styles. She is passionate and confident to work with children having Learning Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder and children with Intellectual Disabilities.
Psychologist and Music Therapist
Dr.
Baishali Mukherjee has completed her Masters in Psychology from Calcutta
University and her doctorate studies from Strathclyde University, UK. She is a
dedicated trainer and practitioner in the field of music therapy in India. Has
a keen interest in research in the new fields of psychology, music therapy,
mental health, and integrating Indian traditional practices into the modern
health care system with a scientific perspective. She is a senior faculty
member and Research Associate at Chennai School of Music Therapy, Chennai,
India. Adjunct faculty at Centre for Music Therapy Education and Research, Shri
Balaji Vidyapeeth University, Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research
Institute. Member of Education and Certification Commission, World Federation of
Music Therapy (WFMT) (Since July 2020). Served as a Regional Liaison of
Southeast Asia, WFMT (2014-2020). Her previous assignments include Faculty in
the Department of Psychology, West Bengal State University, W.B. and in the
Department of Performing Arts Therapy, Rabindra Bharati University. Her
research interests include the field of musical interaction and communication
with children with autism from the National Centre for Autism Studies,
University of Strathclyde, Scotland, United Kingdom. Trained and has had wide
exposure in music therapy research and practice from Nordoff Robbins School of
Music Therapy, London; Department of Psychology, Edinburgh University,
Scotland; and Bangor University, Wales. She is a practicing music therapist and
conducts sessions for children with special needs and other mental health
problems. She has published articles, presented research papers and served as a
guest faculty at national and international conferences and has been teaching
courses across the globe.
Speech Pathologist & Audiologist, RCI Certified
Parul Diwan-Kulkarni is a Speech Pathologist and Audiologist, practising in a private clinical setup for 7+ years. She has completed her Bachelor of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology from AYJNIHH, Mumbai and Master of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology from T.N. Medical College and Nair Hospital, Mumbai. She is a member of the Indian Speech and Hearing Association and a registered member of the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). She has had the privilege of working with children with various disorders including Autism Spectrum Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), Attention Deficit Disorder(ADD), Cerebral Palsy, stammering & voice disorders, hearing impairment and cochlear implantees. She is passionate about working with each client and their family to design a specific plan and achieve age-appropriate speech and language development.
Numeracy & Psychologist
Keerthana M is a Clinical Psychology graduate who completed a 5-year Integrated BSc-MSc in Psychology, bringing a strong focus on educational content development and support for diverse learning needs. Currently in her project-based internship at Carpediem EdPsych Consultancy, she contributes to the creation of engaging and accessible content, including worksheets for special education students across grades and chapter materials designed for college-level learners. With a passion for integrating psychological principles into educational content, Keerthana aims to enhance learning experiences for all students, particularly those with special needs.

A passionate educator, a content writer and a curriculum developer by profession, Rachna has been in the classroom and also led various teams by empowering them to believe in themselves! Armed with an English degree, a Diploma in Teaching and Training from Cambridge and a Diploma in Advertising and PR, along with certifications that cover educational needs like Play Therapy, Special Education Needs and Counselling Skills; Rachna has taught and created content for preschoolers, teenagers and adults with the same amount of dedication and commitment always!
