 An electrical engineer by profession, Deepti has 17+ years of experience in the Technology industry in India as well as abroad. Along with her technical design expertise in VLSI, she is also known for team management, customer interactions and project planning skills. After exploring various aspects of Engineering career, she decided to close that chapter to start a new one.

She has spent the last 5+ years understanding various aspects of adolescent psychology and parenting of teenagers. She holds a diploma in School Psychology and is a licensed purpose coach. She loves to work with teenagers and young adults. She helps them navigate academic challenges and peer pressure by working on their self-awareness and decision-making skills.

She works as Strategic Communications Manager at Carpediem and is responsible for content management on various social media platforms. She also heads our internship department and actively works with the interns to bridge the gap between college to campus. She strongly believes that every child is capable of learning and so is a key contributor to our Adhyapana program.

She loves to spend her free time traversing the nature trails in Pune or reading in one corner of her home. She also likes to travel around the world – an avenue to spend uninterrupted quality time together as a family as well as to learn about art, culture and history.

A software engineer by profession, Nandita has 12 years of experience in the software Industry, wherein she has performed the roles of programmer, team leader, system architect, and project manager. She took a conscious break from her hectic job to be with her daughter. 

She is an avid reader and her love for books made her join the school library volunteering programme. In the 12 years that she worked there, she contributed to the school library management system in various capacities which included coordinating the programme and also working with the technical team for the development of the new library management system and migrating data from the old system to the new system. She has been instrumental in making theLiterature Festival at school a success year after year.

Working with children got her interested in the field of education. She is part of the Read-A-Story organisation which works to improve reading and spoken English in underserved regions of India.

She also briefly volunteered at a Women & Empowerment NGO. At Carpediem EdPsych Consultancy, she is a Content Creation and Strategy specialist involved in creating strategies and content through worksheets and activities to help children improve their literacy levels. She helps in creating content-based presentations as per the requirement and handles the coordination of student career assessments.

In her free time, apart from reading books of different genres, she loves crocheting, knitting, embroidery, drawing, and enrolling in different courses on Udemy and Domestika learning platforms.

Beverly is a practising Rehabilitation council of India certified special educator specializing in the field of Intellectual Disability. Her area of interest includes working with children facing challenges in Intellectual Disability, Autism and Specific Learning difficulties. She has worked extensively over the last 7 years to educate, empower and support children, adults, families, teachers and schools to embrace inclusivity and provide the right support to enable a neurodiverse individual to thrive in their surrounding environment. With a wide range of experience from a Post Graduate management programme specializing in Marketing, her current area of interest being a special educator is on how to best enable neurodiverse children to be included as part of the mainstream education system.

She works extensively both with children and families in a 1:1 setting, in addition to this she has also worked with children as a shadow teacher as well as teaching children in a group setting. She has a specially keen interest in the field of Autism being a special parent and is an outspoken advocate for the rights of both children and adults with Autism in the education setting as well as workplace.

Akansha Agrawal is a psychologist and psychotherapist with a Master's degree in Psychology from Sampurna Montfort College, Bangalore University, and specialized training in Relational Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from the Hank Nunn Institute. As a Mental Well-being Strategist at Carpediem EdPsych Consultancy, she is instrumental in developing outreach programs and enhancing awareness and capacity-building initiatives across South India.

With extensive experience in child development, special education, and counseling, Akansha specializes in Behavior Modification Therapy, psycho-educational assessments, and personalized cognitive development programs. Her passion for mental health is reflected in her facilitation of numerous workshops focused on well-being and social impact.

Beyond her professional commitments, Akansha enjoys reading, swimming, and discovering innovative ways to support and empower individuals in her role as a mental health practitioner.

Nazneen Kamal is a practising psychologist based in Mumbai, with an experience in psychological and educational roles. She has worked as an academic specialist tutor at BYJUS, created therapy intervention plans at a private counseling center focusing on trauma and child abuse. At Neurogen Brain and Spine Institute, she focused on applied behavior therapy for individuals with ASD and ADHD. At Carpediem EdPsych consultancy she works as enterprise manager, catering to diverse client needs.

Academically, she has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. Nazneen is skilled in clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, crisis intervention, individual, group, and family psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and interdisciplinary collaboration. She has conductedf career assessment and reporting sessions for school going students.She has co authored a handbook on Social Emotional Learning Handbook for Children and Teachers”.

Gauravi Mestry is a clinical psychologist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Vishwakarma University, Pune. She is trained in ABA therapy, having experience working with children having behavioral problems, ADHD, Autism and learning disabilities. Currently, she is the Adhyapana Educator at SIES School Matunga, overseeing the resource room for students with learning difficulties and special needs, helping them excel academically and emotionally.

Gauravi also contributes to projects at Carpediem EdPsych Consultancy, where she conducts career assessments and provides career counseling services. In addition, she creates worksheets and educational materials tailored to specific learning goals, supporting students with special needs. She is driven by her mission to create supportive environments for students, empowering them to overcome challenges and succeed in both their academic and personal lives.

Pursuing Chartered Accountancy Course and having sound knowledge in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, and accounting softwares like Tally, Quickbooks, Xerox.
