Dr. Wadikar is a Former Principal of Pillai College of Education & Research, Chembur, Mumbai and comes in with more than three decades of experience in the field of education. She has successfully guided research scholars at Masters, M.Phil and PhD levels. She has written more than 30  research papers and is on the editorial board of various reputed journals. Dr.Wadikar won the ‘Best Teacher Award’ from the Higher Education Forum (HEF) for outstanding contribution in Education Management & Leadership (2016) and was also awarded for 'Excellent Performance and Securing High Grade in Assessment & Accreditation by NAAC' from the Association of Indian College Principals (AICP) (2019). She had the privilege of being a Member of the Board of Studies in Education from 2011 to 2016, University of Mumbai, and is currently on the Board of Studies for School of Education, of M.I.T. Art & Design Technology University - Pune and Texila American University (TAU). She was also nominated by the  VC on several committees and was the convenor for some prominent ones: i) Designing the Curriculum of International Education and ii) Syllabus Revision for Educational Psychology and Research Methodology. She has been the resource person for innumerable conferences, workshops, webinars and refresher courses organised by the University. She has also been a course writer for courses that were part of  B.A., M.A. in Education and M.A. in Educational Evaluation & Psychology for distance education programmes. Dr. Wadikar continues to be an educational consultant, resource person, research guide and an active member of the educational fraternity and believes in sharing her knowledge & expertise on various platforms to inspire the younger generations.

Dr Susmita Halder is a licensed Clinical psychologist registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India. An alumnus of Ranchi Institute of Neuro-Psychiatry and Allied Sciences Ranchi, Dr Susmita has been into clinical teaching and consultancy for the last 15 years and has worked in different leading institutes including Manipal College of Medical Sciences, Pokhara, Fortis Hospital, Medica Superspeciality Hospital and Crystal Minds Kolkata. She also headed the Dept. of Clinical Psychology at the Institute of Psychiatry, SSKM Hospital Kolkata in the past.  She had been a Research Fellow at the prestigious Centre for the Study of Developing Societies, CSDS, New Delhi. She worked as a Research Psychologist in ‘The Cognition Group’ assisting in the development of the Cogtest Neuropsychological Battery and had also been associated with the Pearson Group for standardization of Psychological scales in India.

Her research interest lies in neuropsychology, cognitive remediation and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy with children and adolescents. She gainfully uses her experiences to have a broader insight into customizing the psychotherapy process particularly CBT with her clients. She has over 50 publications in peer-reviewed and indexed journals and conducted workshops, delivered lectures and talks on national and international platforms.

Dr. Sengupta brings in three decades of strategic cross-functional leadership experience across established organizations and start-ups – spread out between industry and academics. The first the decade was in the industry - in manufacturing with CEAT Tyres and then in financial services with credit rating agencies CRISIL, Duff & Phelps Credit Rating India and FITCH Ratings India. As Vice President and member of the start-up team of Duff & Phelps and FITCH Ratings India, he played a key role in establishing the start-up operations of these agencies in India - and had undertaken more than a hundred rating assignments for organizations across industries. His next two decades has been in academics - holding leadership positions like Chairperson (Placements), Dean, Director, Center Director, Executive Director at five well-known institutions - Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad; Goa Institute of Management, Goa; College of Management & Economics Studies, UPES, Dehradun; International School of Business & Media, Pune and currently School of Business, Mody University - across diverse areas of marketing, retail, infrastructure, healthcare, risk & insurance, woman leadership. Winner of Dewang Mehta Best Teacher Award in 2009 in the area of Retail Management, he also served as Visiting / Adjunct Faculty at IIM Indore, IIM Kozhikode, XIM Bhubaneshwar. Dr. Sengupta was the Founding Director, Center for Healthcare Management, Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), Hyderabad.  ASCI Hyderabad launched the MHA Program in the late nineties in association with John Hopkins University (world No. 1 in the healthcare space) and Hinduja Foundations. His strategic perspectives about the healthcare sector (including mental health and wellness) and experience of establishing start-ups - would be of invaluable support  to the young entrepreneurial team at Carpedium for their strategic and long term visions. 

Dr. Mary George Varghese is an Assistant Professor at the M.E.S Pillai College of Education & Research, Mumbai. She comes with a triple  masters in Science, Education and Clinical Psychology and a doctorate in Education. She is a keen researcher and has done numerous major and minor research projects funded by the ICSSR and the Mumbai University. She received several  travel grants and was an invited speaker at various platforms in Qatar,Scotland and UAE. She has been project director for many sponsored research works. She received several awards,the prominent amongst them include the ‘Bright Researcher Award 2017’ from the International Institute of Organized Research, Australia and the ‘Best Paper Presentation Award’ for the paper presented at the International Science Congress,2012. She has written over 25 papers in various reputed journals and is on the editorial board of international journals. She is the life member of the Indian Association of Teacher Educators & the Council of Teacher Education. Dr. Varghese is as passionate about the creative arts as she is of all the academic and clinical work she pursues and uses her creative talent extensively while she works with children as part of her social initiatives. She is a consultant Clinical Psychologist and  Managing Director at Carewell Holistic IHC Mumbai. She offers counseling services for issues like relationship issues,stress and behavioral concerns.She also offers training for corporate and offers consultancy services for research and training.

Srividhya Sainathan is a double Masters in Biochemistry and Sociology with over 2 decades of work experience in the Development Sector. She works as an Independent Consultant to National and International NGOs and has worked on Project Evaluation, Social Research, Training, and Content Development assignments for organizations like Caritas International, Save the Children, CARE, and Deaf Child Worldwide. She is also associated in an advisory capacity with State Level NGOs. Srividhya is a Council Member of Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry – West Bengal Marketing Council. She is passionate about and intensively involved with a range of issues like Livelihood, Gender Equality, Women and Child Health and Nutrition, Social Inclusion, Emotional Wellbeing and Prevention and Redress of Sexual Harassment of Women at Work Place. 

A compassionate, licensed special educator and RCI certified professional trained in school classroom management, IEP's and a big believer in the concept of inclusion in regular mainstream schools. Education -D.Ed Spl Education (I.D.). from the Dilkhush special school, Juhu, Mumbai and an MBA in Marketing from the MET Management Institute, Mumbai. Her area of expertise includes special education needs & parenting.
