Tanvi is a practicing psychologist, ICPEM Diploma Certified Art Therapist and Trainer with 10+ years of rich experience covering work across higher education institutions, schools & NGOs. She led training groups of 30-120+ participants across delivery formats vis. face-to-face workshops, online sessions, and e-learning courses. Programs have been curated and designed for Teachers, School Administrators, Parents, and Students of Education & Psychology. Tanvi’s areas of expertise include Special Education Needs, Counseling Skills, soft skills and Life Skills. She conducts psychoeducational, behavioral and emotional assessments along with curating reports. Tanvi is passionate about empowering people to improve their well-being. She regularly conducts counseling sessions both online and face-to-face for mental well-being concerns. She enjoys conducting parenting sessions as well as she believes that supporting families is critically important for the overall mental well-being of children. She is also a POSH Certified Trainer (TUV-SUD) and is actively reaching out to various organizations especially corporates CGI, Cummins India Pvt Ltd, Tata Strive, G.A. Steels, 5 Paisa, XYXX & high educational institutions with a vision to build awareness amongst all and build safe spaces. She is also a visiting faculty at the Ajeenkya D.Y. Patil College, Lohegaon Pune and a guest lecturer at various educational institutions. Board of studies member and visiting faculty at Pimpri Chinchwad University, for the BSc. Psychology Program.


Research experience

  • Masters dissertation Title : A Correlational Study On Personality And Marital Satisfaction. The study assessed the relationship between personality and marital satisfaction. The results indicated that there was a significant negative correlation between neuroticism and marital satisfaction and a significant positive correlation between extroversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, conscientiousness and marital satisfaction.
