Tanvi is a distinguished practicing psychologist, ICPEM Diploma Certified Art Therapist, and seasoned trainer with over 12 years of extensive experience spanning higher education institutions, schools, and NGOs and Corporates. As a dynamic facilitator, she has successfully led training programs for diverse groups across multiple delivery formats, including workshops, talks, interactive online sessions, and structured e-learning courses.

With a deep-rooted expertise in Special Education Needs, Counseling Skills, Soft Skills, and Life Skills, Effective 21st century educator needs, she designs and curates specialized programs tailored for educators, school administrators, parents, and students of Education and Psychology. She leads psychoeducational, behavioral, and emotional assessments, ensuring comprehensive analysis and insightful reporting. Her experience includes designing and curating psychometric assessments in the fields of teaching aptitude, career assessments for vocational and regular streams. She heads the assessments at Carpediem for the Maharashtra region. She  is currently working towards her Ph.D in the area of “Impact of Art Therapy on Individuals with Trauma’’ 

Driven by a profound passion for mental well-being, Tanvi actively conducts counseling sessions both online and in-person to support individuals across age groups in navigating life’s challenges. Her dedication extends to interactive workshops pivotal to fostering overall mental health and emotional resilience. 

Certified as a POSH Trainer (TUV-SUD), Tanvi is committed to creating safe and inclusive spaces, working extensively with corporate organizations and higher education institutions to spread awareness and advocate for progressive workplace environments. Is an external IC member to various institutes. She is also a Certified POCSO trainer (Equilibrio Advisory LLP). 

Beyond her practice, she is a former visiting faculty at A.D.Y. Patil College, Pune, Pimpri Chinchwad University and frequently serves as a virtual course facilitator at South Indian Education Society (SIES) College Mumbai. A guest lecturer at various educational institutions. Additionally, she holds an integral role as a Board of Studies member at Pimpri Chinchwad University, contributing her expertise to the B.Sc. Psychology Program. A member of the Indian Association of  Life Skills Education (IALSE)
